William Buckner, 54, of McMinnville, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, September 16, 2022, at his home.

He was a former employee of Consolidated Mill Supply, Johnson Machine and Standard Iron. He enjoyed classic cars and Rod Runs. He loved life and was a happy, hardworking man. He was of the Baptist faith and was loved by all who knew him.

William was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Betty Sholtz Buckner and his brother, Dale Buckner.

Survivors include his wife of 30 years, Barbara Buckner, sons, Jon (Ashley) Garcia, Brandon (Kristi) Buckner, Robert (Uriah) Buckner and Huey (Fawn) Woods, brother, Jeff (Yolanda) Walker, sisters, Brenda (Paul) Petree, Teresa (Ricky) Sain, Annie (Willie) Capps and Ruby (Robert) Beard, sister-in-law, Margaret Buckner, four grandchildren, Kobe, Kason, Nolan and Milo, several nieces, nephews, extended family and a host of friends.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, Sept. 20, from 1-4 p.m. at the funeral home.
